It’s Time To Take A Stand against subpar customer service. Every one of us has experienced the invasive assault dubbed as “customer service” by an airline, cable/internet provider (mostly Time Warner), your waiter, taxi, and the list goes on.

Dinner @ The Red Cat in Chelsea (New York, NY)

After being ignored by our waiter at a reputable establishment, we decided it was unfair to leave a 20% tip. Since when is it standard practice to tip someone for doing a terrible job?
